Women against bodybuilding.



Many believe that bodybuilding is a sport created exclusively for men. However, this is not true, as there are many women who do bodybuilding. Such a sport is not necessarily more difficult for women than for men, so there is no specific reason why women can not  participate in sport.




Exercises for bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is another example of successful attempts by women in men's areas. All humans are built according to similar biological patterns and have the same number of muscles. This means that women can easily achieve similar results as men.


The main difference between men and women in bodybuilding is hormonal nature. During exercise, men receive testosterone, which is, among other things, a muscle-building hormone, while women have high levels of estrogen. This is known as fat-building hormone. As a result, women tend to accumulate fat faster than men, especially when they stop exercising.


Some will say that women do not develop muscle because they do not fit. Clearly defined muscles, of course, look good. With the muscles still in place, bodybuilding exercises can help women build stronger and lose a little more fat. The result is a better and sexier look for yourself.


There are many benefits to supporting the fact that women can perform bodybuilding exercises. In addition to the above, increasing muscle mass can help women gain self-confidence to defend themselves and a greater ability to defend themselves when they need it. A good strength training program keeps women fit, healthier and moreattractive.


The main disadvantage of bodybuilding is that women can easily gain weight if they suddenly stop exercising. Women who want to practice this sport should avoid giving up their weight training program, otherwise they will be disappointed and demoralized by their sudden weight gain.
