If you have used bodybuilding
supplements for a while, you probably have heard of the idea of using them. This is a common practice to use a supplement
over a period of time and then leave it for a period of time. Let's see why you
should do this with some supplements and with what supplements you should do
it.
Why would you cycle your supplement?
So, if bodybuilding supplements can
contribute to a better physical condition, why would you do that? The problem
is that if you have used some supplements for a long period of time, you may
have noticed that they have less effect over time.
You can limit this effect while
pedaling. By consuming more supplements, prevents your body from developing
tolerance and dependence on supplementation. In other words, you get more
benefit from the supplement for a longer period of time and not completely dependent
on the supplement to maintain your body. That sounds good!
Supplements you do not need to cycle
Before talking about cycling ideas,
let's talk about supplements that you do not have to worry about. These include
multivitamins, antioxidants, fish oils and proteins. Glutamine is another
supplement that falls into this category. So do not worry about cycling, just
take it.
Supplements that you must cycle
In general, cycling should consider
everything that really affects your body. These include supplements of
creatine, NO2 and fat burners. You could also add other people to this list,
but these are the most important people use.
- Creatine Cycling: I have already suggested several strategies for cyclic creatine. One is the standard charge phase, followed by a maintenance phase. Then turn it off completely after 6-8 weeks and restart the cycle. Another idea is to take 10 g daily for 6 weeks, then 2 weeks. And a third technique is loading for 3 days, not 3 days. Repeat. Experiment and see what works for you.
- NO2 Cycling: As I was looking for a technique for the NO2 cycle, I did not find good advice. It seems that some people (and apparently some books) suggest that they do not have to do it at all, but you will also notice that many people have noticed that the effect disappears after prolonged use.I have seen some suggestions for using NO2 for a month, which makes sense to me. Use it for a month and then leave it for 2 to 4 weeks. This prevents your body from relying on the NO2 supplement for the nutrients it contains.
- Cycling Fat Burners:You should not use fat burners or other thermogenic products for a long time. It would be a good idea to follow a similar routine a month later, followed by a couple of weeks of rest.
Conclusion
To get the most out of some bodybuilding
supplements for a longer period of time, you have to use them one way or
another. You will find that people act differently. It is better to try
different cycling techniques to see what your body does most. Do it effectively
and you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your favorite supplements!
